Saturday Wedding Dinner

Leek and potato
Cream of mushroom
Roasted butternut squash.
Mixed baby heritage greens topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes,
roasted beets, pumpkin seeds, and apple cider vinaigrette.
Cucumber and Radish Salad
Mixed baby greens topped with cherry tomatoes, shaved radish,
enveloped in a cucumber ribbon and drizzled with aged balsamic vinaigrette.
Roasted Beef Medallion
AAA Canadian whole striploin roasted with thyme and garlic,
sliced in medallions and served with a red wine jus.
Roasted Chicken Supreme
Whole chicken breast supreme roasted until golden and topped
with a forest mushroom cream sauce.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Tenderloin of pork grilled, sliced in medallions
and served with a sour cherry gastrique.
Perfectly seared wild Atlantic Salmon Filet
served with a lemon buerre blanc.
Fresh Ontario Pickerel
Perfectly seared wild Ontario Pickerel Filet
served with a fresh herb beurre blanc.
*All entrees are served with seasonal vegetables
and your choice of mashed potatoes or rice pilaf.
Forest Mushroom Risotto
Sautéed mixed forest mushroom risotto with parmesan cheese
served with seasonal fresh vegetables.
Chickpeas and sweet potatoes in a mild curry sauce
served over basmati rice with seasonal fresh vegetables.

Muskoka Maple Butter Tart
Large butter tart baked with Muskoka maple syrup
and served with whipped cream and berries.
A slice of baked cheesecake served with sauce,
whipped cream and berries.
Choose from: Chocolate, Summer Berry or Pumpkin Ginger.
Dark chocolate mousse served in an edible brandy snap
basket and served with berries.
An individual ramekin of fruit with a crunchy topping
baked to golden brown.
Choose from: apple or strawberry rhubarb.
Baked custard in a ramekin with a caramelized sugar top
served with berries.
Choose from: vanilla, maple, coffee or caramel.
Please Note that wedding cake may not
be served as dessert.
Late Night Snack
As required by your special occasion liquor permit you must serve food.
Coffee and tea is included with the food options.
Delicious pizza made from scratch in the Lumina kitchen,
Choose from Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Deluxe, and Vegetarian.
Hand cut fries, homemade gravy and Ontario cheese curds.
