Friday Night BBQ Buffet

   BBQ Includes:

Grilled all beef Beef burgers, Italian sausage,

 and vegetarian black bean burgers.

All served with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and condiments.

(Gluten Free buns available if notified in advance)

 From the Buffet Table (choose 3)

Saturday Wedding Dinner

First Course

(Choose one, either soup or salad)

Smoked Tomato Bisque

Cream of Mushroom

Roasted Butternut squash

Salads

Fall Harvest Salad

Mixed baby greens topped with grape tomatoes,

dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, goat cheese,

and drizzled with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.

Baby Spinach Salad

Baby spinach greens topped with

mandarin oranges, slivered almonds,

shaved red onion, bacon, feta cheese

 and drizzled with a zesty orange vinaigrette.


Entrées

8oz Canadian Beef  Tenderloin

House cut Canadian beef tenderloin medallion,

grilled and roasted with thyme and garlic,

 served with a truffle demi glace.

Roasted Chicken Supreme

Whole chicken breast supreme roasted until golden

and topped with a mushroom Marsala sauce.

Grilled Pork Chop

80z pork chop grilled and served with

an apple butter and caramelized onions.

Maple  Salmon

Perfectly seared wild  Salmon Filet

with maple dijon glaze and finished

 with a lemon buerre blanc.

Fresh Ontario Pickerel

Perfectly seared wild Ontario Pickerel Filet

served with capers and fresh herb beurre blanc.

*All entrees are served with seasonal vegetables

and your choice of mashed or roasted potatoes.

 


 

Vegetarian Entrées

Wild Mushroom Risotto

Sautéed mixed forest mushroom risotto with parmesan cheese

served with seasonal fresh vegetables.

Stuffed Acorn Squash

Roasted squash stuffed with a vegetable, chickpea and bean medley

served with with seasonal fresh vegetables.

Muskoka Maple Butter Tart

Large butter tart baked with Muskoka maple syrup

and served with whipped cream and berries

Lemon Raspberry Meringue Tart

A large lemon meringue tart with

 fresh raspberries, served with

a spiced tuile and berries

Seasonal Cheesecake

A slice of baked cheesecake served with sauce,

whipped cream and berries.

Choose from:  Cookies and cream,

Mixed Berry,  Apple crumble

or Pumpkin.

Chocolate Mousse

Dark chocolate mousse piped over a thin flourless

brownie base and garnished with fresh berries.

Fruit Crumble

Your choice of fruit with a crunchy crumble topping

baked to golden brown, and served with a scoop of

Vanilla ice cream

Choose from: apple, strawberry rhubarb

or mixed berry

Crème Brulee

Baked custard in a ramekin with a caramelized sugar top

served with berries and spiced tuile cookie.

Choose from: vanilla, maple, coffee, chai,

or caramel.

As required by your special occasion liquor permit you must serve food.

(Price includes coffee and tea)

Pizza $9.50 per person

Delicious pizza made from scratch in the Lumina kitchen,

Choose from Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Deluxe, and Vegetarian.

OR

Poutine $9.50 per person

Hand cut fries, homemade gravy and Ontario cheese curds.
